The Seafood Council came to us to create a new brand of origin. The process showed that what they really needed was a holistic new identity of origin.
The origin mark is a guarantee of Norwegian origin and a quality stamp on the seafood we export. The new identity tells a greater story. It will ensure recognition of the Norwegian origin across surfaces and channels, and be a marketing tool for Norwegian seafood – worldwide.
“Seafood from Norway” visualizes the unique benefits of the Norwegian seafood industry; our natural conditions, our respect for nature, and our coastal culture. Through a clean-cut and majestic identity, we convey accountability, expertise, purity – and unmatched quality. The origin identity is like our nature and the people working in the industry: unique, straight-backed, and proud to represent seafood from Norway.
